These calming Sunday evening sessions are designed to help you release stress, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself after a busy month. Led by a qualified coach, each session creates a safe, supportive space where you can truly switch off — without having to do anything.

You’ll be guided through a blend of reflective journaling, soothing breathing techniques, visualisation, manifestation, and deep relaxation. Together, these practices help ease mental load, calm the nervous system, and support ongoing personal growth — leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

This is your time. Time to let go of worries, step out of constant “doing,” and simply be. Whether you actively take part, lie back and listen, or gently drift into sleep, your mind continues to absorb the calming benefits.

Held on a Sunday evening each month, these sessions offer a peaceful moment to reflect, reset, and intentionally step into the month ahead feeling more balanced and supported.
